Winter has arrived and with the current freezing temperatures we are especially concerned for our unhoused friends and all those who live in precarious conditions.
The Community of Sant’Egidio has been visiting and befriending many men and women on the street and who are in urgent need of assistance and protection from the cold.
To respond to this immediate need, we are asking for your help fo purchase such items, which will be quickly distributed to those most in need.
Items below can be dropped off the two next Sundays, January 21 and January 28 at 220 E 19 St. from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
If you are unable to bring items in person, but would like to donate, please consider purchasing items off of our Amazon Wishlist or making a monetary donation.
The need during this time is great, so please share this call with anyone who might be interested in helping.
